Q. What is a default?
A. If you miss a payment, this is known as a default. If you do miss a payment, we will write to you giving you seven days to rectify the situation. It is important that you do so to ensure that your credit agreement with us and your insurance cover remain in force. If you have any payment difficulties whatsoever, you should contact us immediately on 0871 222 9971.

Q. What if I default on my agreement?

A. You need to call us as soon as possible on 0871 222 9971, where advice will be given. Please bear in mind that your insurance cover may be cancelled if you fail to make your monthly payments.

Q. What if I want to pay off my loan early?

A. Please call or write to us and we will be able to advise you. Please ensure you have paid off your loan in full before cancelling your direct debit agreement.

Q. Can I pay off any balance by credit card?

A. Yes, as long as it's over £5. We will obtain authorisation from your credit card company and will get back to you the same day to verify payment in full. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, Eurocard and Access.

Q. I have received a welcome letter and some agreements from PIN Finance what should I do?
A. PIN Finance will have written to you once you have agreed to pay your insurance premium by instalments to advise you of your monthly payments and the payment dates. Please check the details carefully and call us on 0871 222 9971 if you have any questions. You will need to sign both copies of the Credit Agreement and return one to us. If you receive any other correspondence from PIN Finance, please read it carefully and take note of any instructions.
